John Henry Dockweiler papers, Water Resources Collection

Abstract:

John Dockweiler was a consulting engineer for water and power companies in Northern California near the San Francisco area. He represented Spring Valley Water Company, Cuyumaca Water Company, San Francisco's City Distribution System, and Marin County Water and Supply company. He worked on water projects during the early 20th century. Dockweiler's papers also include 19th century court cases such Spring Valley Water Company vs. City of San Francisco.

Abstract This collection contains the diaries of early California resident Kewen Hilliard Dorsey. Born in El Monte in 1857, Dorsey grew up in the town of Spadra with his grandfather, W.W.
